Stefanie and Christopher’s wedding day at Gairloch Gardens was the perfect mix of calm, beauty, and effortless joy - the kind of day that reminds me why I love this job so much. We kicked things off with the classic getting ready photos at each of their parents’ homes. With no wedding party, the whole morning felt incredibly relaxed. Just the couple, their families, and that sweet pre-ceremony excitement that never gets old.
Then it was time for the ceremony at one of my favourite hidden gems - The Studio at Gairloch Gardens. If you’ve never been, this charming little building is tucked right inside the park and has such a warm, rustic feel. The wood interior, the fireplace, the glass skylights - it’s a photographer’s dream. The natural light poured in beautifully, giving us those dreamy Gairloch Gardens wedding photos you always hope for. The entire space felt intimate and inviting, and Stefanie and Christopher looked right at home.
After the I-dos, we wandered the grounds for portraits, and truly, Gairloch Gardens never disappoints. The park is full of gorgeous backdrops - the water features, the gardens, the bridge, the pathways. Everywhere you turn, there’s another perfect spot for more Gairloch Gardens wedding photos. And the best part? We lucked out with golden hour. That soft glow across the gardens made everything look even more magical.
Once portraits wrapped, we headed to Ce Soir Brasserie + Bar for the reception. I absolutely loved this space - the brick interior, the warm lighting, the cozy but modern vibe. It was the perfect match for Stefanie and Christopher’s style. A Ce Soir Brasserie wedding has such a distinct charm, and it photographed beautifully from every angle.
From start to finish, this day felt like an easy, joy-filled celebration in two of the most photogenic spots around. A Gairloch Gardens Studio wedding paired with a Ce Soir Brasserie wedding reception is such a winning combination, and Stefanie and Christopher made it all feel effortless.
Stefanie and Christopher, thank you so much for having me as your photographer. It was a joy to be part of your day, and I’m so excited to share these memories with you.
